Yesterday 01/02/02 Breakfast Bagel - 4 Cream Cheese - 1 Lunch Chicken and Veggies Michelina - 4 Orange - 1 Salad w/FF dressing - 0 Dinner and Snacks Salad w/FF italian Dressing - 0 Yoghurt-1 Apple Sauce - 1 Chicken (4 ounces) - 3 Baked Potato - 3 Popcorn -2 (6 cups of smart pop) Soy Pudding - 2 Carrots - 1 (I am no longer a carrots rebel). Exercise - 1 aerobics class and 40 minutes of weight training Today- Egg Beaters - 1 Mushroom - 0 FF processed cheese 1 WW bread (2 slices) - 1 Orange - 1 total 4 Tuna Sandwich 3 points Salad w/FF dressing - 0 I'll figure out the rest Take Care! Well, I gained 2 pounds at WI, but I will take it, I thought for sure I had gained more like 5 pounds. Lots of over-eating, and not journalling the last couple weeks. But, I am back on track now, and going to try hard to lose my last 12 pounds til I am at my WW goal. B: kashi 2 ff cappaccino 2 L: WW taco soup 2 water 70 oz. D: broccoli/noodle dish 6 water!! salad 3 S: apple 1 pb 2 Total = 18 pts. treadmill = 30 min/2 pts earned back. Have a great Thursday everyone!!!!! :D |
