Misty - Breakfast was hard for me at first as well. I felt like I wasn't hungry so why should I eat? But I kept being told "eat breakfast, eat breakfast" so I started forcing myself to. And you know what I found? I wasn't STARVING 3-4 hours after I woke up anymore! I would be SO hungry just before lunch, but I'd force myself to wait until lunch to eat... it was HORRIBLE! Now I eat every 2.5 - 3.5 hours, including breakfast. I'm NEVER hungry

I like this way much better!
