The rain is back here too. Our grass is so pretty. I mowed it this afternoon and now it's raining.

I lost 3 1/2 pounds this week. I'm trying really hard. Hopefully I will keep going. I take one step forward and 5 steps back.

I envy your loss. I haven't had any energy this week and have not exercised. I know that's not good. Next week.....

Sis, I'm so sorry about your mother. I lost both of my parents about 9-10 years ago.

We are in Tampa, and it is very hot. I don't like hot!!!! Bob's brother is doing better than the other brother let on. He is in good spirits, cracking jokes, and he isn't staying in bed all day like we were told. We are still glad that we came because you never know from one day to the next what will happen.

I'm meeting a friend of mine from high school on Monday. She lives near Orlando and works at Disney. We're meeting partway for both of us. Tim is going with me so I don't get lost!!

Tammy, it's so good to hear from you. Have fun on your trip Monday. Good thing you're taking Tim. :) I'd probably get lost myself.

Hi all. Hope everyone is doing well. I have been doing MUCH better the last few days foodwise. I have been making better food and portion choices. I think I am getting back my incentive. Time will tell. :)
