Hi Tina, I am going this week but I don't think I will loose. I still am trying to get rid of my anniversary gain plus that TOM showed up yesterday. So if I show a couple lbs or so up I won't be surprised, I'll just keep at it cuz I have been pretty good this week. Have a great day and I'll let you know later....Sis

I couldn't wait for the "official" weigh in. I got on my scales this morning. I lost 1 pound!!!
So, I'm gonna get myself outside today and exercise more.

I was down 1.2 today, which is good, since the last time I weighed (two weeks ago) I was up 1.6. Some things never change - up and down, up and down.

Just a quick note to say "hi"!!!

I just joined last Thursday (15th), the weekend was tough, it's a new way of thinking about food. I've been referencing my week one booklet probably 4 or 5 times a day to make sure I'm following correctly!

I weigh in on Thursdays at 11:45 am. I'll keep you posted how I do this Thursday.

Our countdown is in the negative because our wedding has already passed. It was on June 9th and it was perfect! I tried so hard to lose weight before the wedding with Jenny Craig, but it got too expensive. I wish I tried WW before now! oh well!
