We are a fun and supportive group! I am going to start doing monthly goals. My goal for January is to lose 10 pounds. My trainer has other goals for me too ( losing inches). I am going to seriously count my points and stick with it and see if I can start making headway.
I didn't make any resolutions! I just plan on taking better careof myself. What about ya'll?
