S-carrots, cauliflower & hummus
S-licorice, hard candy (!!)

I bought the book Superfoods RX. It's fascinating. If I counted right I got in 9 superfoods & 6 sidekicks. I feel great and the planning this week has been a challenge and kind of fun. I read the superfoods to my husband and 9 yr old son and they made an effort to eat some superfoods today.

Anne-you're doing so many things right, I wouldn't sweat being perfect. Cookies are HARD! I'm going to a cookie "swap" on Monday night. I thought about not going but it's the nicest group of women, so I want to go. Another woman and myself are not bringing or swapping cookies.
