B-greek omelet
L-french onion soup (no crouton or cheese), spinach salad w/ salmon, sweetpotato
S-ww english muffin w/almond butter and blueberry spread
D-huge romaine salad w/2oz lean taco meat, 1oz cheese, salsa and plain yogurt
S-cherries, dark chocolate, tea

S - Organic maple yogurt
L - Naked burrito from Qdoba - chicken, rice, pico de gallo, salsa, romaine
S - tall non fat latte, biscotti
S - carrot sticks
D - mixed green salads with a tiny bit of blue cheese, pecans and raspberry vinaigrette, spicy tofu with spelt

S-coffee w/ half & half, half blueberry muffin
L-small portion of OG chicken giardino, 1 breadstick, lots of salad w/ 2T Italian dressing (meeting food catered by Olive Garden)
S-sliver of cheesecake
D-chicken/bell pepper/onion fajitas w/ ww flour tortillas, salsa, dk choc
S-Cheerios
About 1800 calories give or take. Made the best possible choices at lunch and snacks and really watched portions.

Ah, a so-so day for me.
b: 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 leftover potato "fried"
s: 1/2 pb cookie - not even very good
l: salmon salad sandwich on ww bread (home canned salmon, homemade relish, lf mayo)
s: lf cottage cheese w/homemade applesauce
s: one of those new fruit/nut Clif bars - eh, I won't buy them again
d: bean soup, slice of sourdough bread
s: tea

First time posting here, but I'm quite inspired by what some of you eat! What is a greek omelet? It sure sounds good!
