Hmm, here are some ideas
Nut butter and whole grain bread
beans, brown rice (instant) and salsa
low fat veggie soups
bagged salads w/ beans or turkey
greek or veggie omelet
pasta and veggies w/healthy sauce
"tortilla pizza'-ww tortilla, sauce or bruschetta sauce, sprinkle of mozzarella
yogurt and fruit
whole grain cereal and milk
oatmeal
ww waffle or pancake with berries
Those things are all pretty easy. I'd add lots of raw veggies. No cooking! Peppers, cuke, sugar snap peas, carrots, etc. Easy to grab. Also a full fruit bowl. Buy what is in season and cheap. Right now apples and pears are less than berries. Frozen are good to keep on hand too.
