Default Whole Foods Menu 11/27

Time to get back to accountability. Posting this really helps me focus for some reason.

B-ww english muffin, almond butter, fruit only blueberry spread
S-ff/sf latte, plain almond biscotti (small)
L-kashi bar, 1/2 apple, orange, 2 oz ground beef (ate on the run)
D-tilapia, cauliflower and peas in curry sauce, brown rice
S-dark chocolate, tea

Yeah, sometimes I feel a little stupid posting here, since my goal is always to eat better on the way to eating right (someday!), but it does help.

B-Heritage cereal w/ soymilk, OJ, banana, coffee w/ skim
S-grapes, 2 small tangerines
L-chicken fajitas, tortilla, guacamole, dk chocolate
S-cauliflower (lots), yogurt
D-chicken stir fry w/ bell pepper & onion, basmati rice, dk choc
S-big slice of homemade whole wheat bread
