Banana
Lunch
Tuna & Cottage cheese, Plum
Snack
Almonds x 10
Dinner
Vegetarian Chilli made with Mixed beans, chickpeas, red/green bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, plus a small portion of rice

'bout time I wandered my butt into the Whole Foods section here since that's pretty much how I eat anyway. Today's plan:
  • nectarine
  • salad (baby spinach, sliced fresh strawberries, chopped pecans, light Asian soy sesame ginger dressing)
  • banana
  • all natural roasted red pepper and tomato soup (the only "chemical" sounding ingredient I could find is sodium citrate, a preservative)

b--horizon's organic yogurt w/ blueberries and peaches
l--coucous w/ chicken breast and mixed veggies (carrots, broc, edamame, water chestnuts), lite soy sauce and lime juice.
s--nectarine and/or kashi tlc bar
d--don't know yet. I really need to go to the store today.

B: oatmeal with walnuts (1 oz) and 1/4 nectarine, ww toast w/natural pb


S: 1/2 c lf cottage cheese, 1/2 nectarine

L: Salad: romaine, tomato, orange pepper, avocado, shrimp

S: apple, cheese

D: zucchini casserole (zucchini, carrot, onion, ground turkey, lf sour cream, lf mushroom soup), green beans

S: dark chocolate

S1: yogurt
L: spinach salad w/ tangerine, walnut, cranberries & balsamic vinegrette, bruschetta
S2,3,4: tangerines (2), 2 dk choc kisses, diet fudge bar
D: cheese filled ravioli w/ marinara, 2 dk choc kisses
S5,6: Kashi cherry & dk choc TLC bar, banana

About 1900 calories.
