Well, it is time to admit I can't handle more than one day at a time. However, here is Saturday. I had a 36 mile bike race today, 1200 calories of activity and change, so my eating was a little different.

B1-optimum cereal w/ added blueberries and soymilk, banana, OJ, coffee w/ skim
B2-couple bits of my DD's ww waffle, pumpkin pudding (from the Superfoods recipe)
S/L-leftover beef & broccoli w/ rice, dk chocolate
Pre-race-Clif cinnamon/pecan nectar bar
During race-2 bottles of dilute Gatorade, half a Clif bar, half a banana, quarter of a peanut butter & jelly sand (looked like ww bread), 1 oreo
Post race-other half of the Clif bar
D-turkey breast, leftover stuffing, left over homemade pot pie filling
S-whole wheat toast w/ light cream cheese
Lots and lots and lots and lots of water today
I'm not sure I'm done yet--I've got a 3 mile run early tomorrow.

About 2450 calories so far.

I think I've finally got the pot pie recipe dialed in. Very nice comfort food, not too heavy, and healthy, whole foods ingredients. If anybody is interested, I'll post the recipe.

Anne

P.S. Nope I wasn't done.

S-V8 juice, plain nf yogurt w/ pumpkin butter and walnuts

Pretty sure I'm done now.
