Default Former Atkins Dieters in WW?

I've lost weight on both Atkins and WW in the past. Atkins was quick and the gain back up was even quicker. But it was also easier to follow since when I get stressed my mind jumbles up and it's hard to focus and journal/count.

Any former Atkins members here? What made you switch?

I too did Atkins, and quite well with it. I have a 5 year old daughter which has really became a picky eater..when she eats at all. So now Im giving WW a whirl because I want her to eat a wide variety of good foods and maybe try something new.

I switched because it caused renal failure in a close friend (one I call a sister).

Wow, renal failure. That's scary! I will say when I did Atkins I ate lean meats. But the ketosis part of it is pretty freaky.
