Default is anyone else a night-time muncher?...

Ok...so - I'm wondering - do any of you have the night time munchies? And I'm not just talking about right before bed...I mean - do any of you wake up in the middle of the night and raid the fridge?

It's not a HUGE problem right now - because of the fact that usually about 4 times a week I stay at my boyfriend's place (he lives in a loft and of course I wouldn't be right raiding his fridge anyways...lol)

But when it is a problem...when I AM home - I have the night-time munchies problem. :-( It's always been an issue with me since as long as I can remember.

just wondering if anyone can give me any advice on how not to raid the fridge in the middle of the night - and no - i don't mean i'm eating BAD foods - cuz of course, all I have stocked in my kitchen is good stuff...but the fact that I usually eat around 5 extra points that I SHOULDN'T be eating or i'll mindlessly eat - and that DOES count up.

Anything I can do?

I would say for the nights you are staying at your place and know you'll probably end up raiding the fridge, eat five points less that day since you'll be having them in the middle of the night.

-or-

Use your 35 extra flex points and count your midnight snacking as those points.

Hope that helps!
