Hi KT. I'm getting too superstitious to even report on the state of my sleep. Afraid if I say it was okay (and I'm not saying yes, I'm not saying no), then then next night, wide awake!!! But at work on Friday someone told me I looked tired. Really pathetic I tell ya!

b:
cheerios, bran, raisins, almonds, milk 6
coffee
1/2 biscotti 1.5

L:
1/2 bagel 3
lt cream chz 1
tomato/onions

d: going out - will let you know - oh dear, oh dearie me...
carrots stix/toasts w/cheese spreads/pate 8
bread and butter (why?) 3
anchovies & roasted peppers 1
olives 1
little mushroom raviolis w/meat sauce 4
pork tenderloin in cassis/armagnac sauce 9

total 37.5 at least. I'm sure I'm underestimating...
which brings me to my latest epiphany...
I really don't want to lose any more weight (except the pounds I must have gained this week - what a pig). But I do want to become more physically fit and muscled if possible. I feel that strongly. But I am content at my WW goal weight of 128.

P.S. exercise - NOT!

Midday (8)
1/2 chicken breat fillet- 4, bok choy - 0, skinny cow - 2
popcorn - 2 pts

Evening (11)
WW veggie soup w/ corn and sweet potato (made today) - 1
salmon - 7, bok choy w/ oil - 1, frozen yogurt sorbet pop - 2

Total - 25

Wow! It's freezing here in NY State. I've had my fireplace going all weekend.

A little high on the points. I should have just had one burrito. I'm in my range (20-25) so far, but that does not give me any leeway for night time eating. At least I did a bit of exercise.

Morning
vigoraide soy drink 4

Midday
baked tofu 4
ww pita 2
clear cole slaw 2
rice cake with soy butter 2

Evening
bean burritos 9
tomato 0
ww bar 2

Total: 25

Exercise: weight training, kickboxing, yoga
