Are you talking about the bracklet that you can count your points on? I have seen several of those. I also got the "helping hands" charm that you get when you have been going to meetings for 16 weeks. It should be here later in the week. I am only on week #10 so I will put it up until I have done 16 weeks.

Kelly & Chris~ WOW!! Great losses & 10%. That is fabulous!!! You gals are doing great!
I have 6 more lbs until my 10% (for my WW official one, I lost a few pounds here at home before I went to my first meeting)....it's so close, but still it feels like forever until it gets here, KWIM? And I'm in week 10 right now.....I have my 16weeks marked on my calendar...December 19th. Dorky, I know. But this is the first timed I have stuck with the program like this. I ususally fall off the wagon by about week 6. This time it's for good!

I hope everybody is having a good weekend. It's freezing here, about 5 degress F., and winter has only just begun. On a good note, I took one of my kids to the movies yesterday...he got popcorn & I got a FF Haagen Dazs sorbet bar (2pts) & a diet coke. And I felt really good about it! It's all about the little victories

Chris~ I was born & raised in NE Ohio. Then lived in England for 4 years before we came to Alaska. I figured it was just for a couple years.....well 10years later we're still here. The summers are incredible, but every year about this time I wondering if we have lost our minds

I don't like snow...it is what I call one of those 4 letter dirty words. Since I moved here 6 years ago, we haven't had much in the way of snow. And when it is forecasted every one runs to the store for milk and bread. Schools and businesses close. We might get a 3-4 inches and it is gone within a couple of days. Hope this winter is like the past 6.

Wow, so much to catch up on from just one day!

Chris! OMG!! That's FABULOUS!!!!! I'm so excited for you, 10% is awesome! And good for you for getting the keychain and the charm. I believe it's the little things like that that give you a gentle reminder or nudge when you look at it.

Stacy, I understand about the WW 10%. I did the same thing, started at home a couple weeks before I joined WW. It felt like it took forever to reach their 10%! 5*? Wow that's cold!! DH and I have always wanted to visit Alaska, but to live there? I don't think I could!

Rosegarden, I have one of those bracelets. I purchased it off of ebay right after I started WW. It didn't work well for me at that time, I think because I still needed to look everything up, so I had to have the books with me all the time anyway. I am thinking of getting it back out now, though, because I think it may be better now that I just "know" most of the point values I use daily.

A loss is a loss. I am really surprised you had a small loss with all the working out you have been doing. Do you think it is from turning fat into muscle? They say muscle weighs more than fat.

That is about all you can do and I admire you for doing that. Let's hope all the working out shows itself next week

Rosegarden....got the article in the mail today! Thank you again SOOOO much! I've read it through a couple times already, and a coworker saw me reading it and asked for a copy, so I zinged one off the copy machine for her too!

Stacy....ANY loss is a good loss! Keep at and you'll get there!

Yes a loss is a loss!!! You go girl!

Tomorrow is weigh in - don't know what's happening with my body but it's not giving up the weight. If anything, I feel heavier again this week. I hope it's all an illusion or a bad feel and I am totally wrong.

Good luck at the WI today, Vanessa and Boaterswife

I see you have done some 5k runs. There is a 5k run/walk here on Thanksgiving day. I don't think I am ready to take it on but I am hoping that next year I can. With my fibromyalgia it might be impossible even with more weight off. Right now I can do 5 minutes at a time on the treadmill and I am doing it 3-5 times a day. I was up to 15 minutes at a time but had a small step back. My fault really...I didn't walk for a week. But I am back on track now. Guess I should make a goal for walking in it next year.
