I must admit I read on another thread and this question came to me and I didn't want to hijack that thread getting it off topic... but how the heck do you get these? I have no idea and frankly haven't been paying attention to it as I should ... any tips would be helpful and appreciated!
This is a little different for me this time too owira. But from what I have been able to determine is that you should use the healthy oils in either your cooking or added to a salad dressing (make your own Italian or basalmic vinegar one).

It is the same on Flex as it is Core. It is healthy oils they wnat you to have:
canola
olive oil
flax seed
safflower
sunflower
It used to be you could use margarine, mayo, real salad dressing but that is no more...all plans are healthy oils.
Drizzle over your veggies, stirfry veggies, meats. Fry an egg in it. Add it to a smoothie (you will never taste it). Add it to your yogurt (you will never taste it). Make your own salad dressing or add a tsp to your favorite fat free dressing.
the smoothie thing has been my life savor ..cause that is just about the only way I have managed to get it in .. thanks!! .. and nope ..don't taste it at all! yay! thank you all so much
