Hello guys!

  • I'm back on WW and this time I'm more serious about it. I joined meetings 2 weeks ago and I have lost 4.4lbs (I lost 24.6 lbs before I joined)

    I have way too many more to go! but i'm just going every 20lbs is a goal for me! 11lbs to go til my 2nd goal!

    I hope to be welcome in this forum - I will be as su pportive as I can be!

    But I'm very happy to be back on plan and I have finally got it into my head to stay on the weight loss wagon!
  • Hi and , Liz. I'm kinda new here myself. I'm on my second time around with WW and like you, I'm more committed this time around. I've got 136 lbs. to get to goal, but I'm only concentrating on five lbs. at a time.

    Congratulations on losing the 24.6 lbs. on your own and the 4.4 lbs. since getting back on plan. Just by recommitting yourself you've won half the battle.

  • Welcome Liz! I just recently rejoined WW too...in fact my 2nd WI will be Tues. Oddly enough I can hardly wait.....I am really committed this time around! :wel3fc

  • Hello. I am wendy and I will be rejoining on Wednesday. I started the first time back in April but some stuff happened and I really havent been working on the plan very well. I do need to get to goal though.

    I have around 70 pounds to lose ( I am not sure How much I weigh now!).

    I am hoping to find a place to "belong"
