Default What do you do?

Last night, we had a feast at church. I wrote down everything I ate, but I have no idea how to count points on it (mango and sticky rice? Anyone?).

What do you do in this situation? Do you just count all of you WFP towards it? Do you just write it off, and start over the next day? I'm right back on track today, so I know it didn't throw me off completely, but I don't know if I should eat 1-2 extra points a day like normal.

Thanks!

You guestimate to the best of your ability how much rice, mango and 'extras' there were using your database and then you will be close.

I have to admit when I have had a day like that I just wrote it off as whatever FPs I had left and started fresh the next day.

I'd like to say one thing...but trust yourself to make the best guesitmate when you don't have the nutritional information. This isn't supposed to be rocket science and it is supposed to be very liveable. If you are over a small amount one day or one week IT WILL NOT MAKE OR BREAK your weight loss efforts.

It is just like if you are at a restaurant that doesn't provide nutritional information use your tools and get as close as you can in points.

I have never ever just written off all my FPs or not used them all even in situations like this.
