I DID IT! (day one on C25k)

  • I had to modify it.. I'm not a runner (well, not now anyways) For the first half I did 60/90, but then I had to bring it down to 30/60. When I finished it, I felt fantastic, like I could take over the world!!!
  • Congrats but I'm terrible on metric system - anyone have any idea how far that is in left behind US measurements?

  • That is awesome, and it's great you listened to your body and toned it down to fit what you can do. No sense getting injured, I've learned that!!
