I had to modify it.. I'm not a runner (well, not now anyways) For the first half I did 60/90, but then I had to bring it down to 30/60. When I finished it, I felt fantastic, like I could take over the world!!!
Congrats but I'm terrible on metric system - anyone have any idea how far that is in left behind US measurements?
Way to go!!! I just finished week 6, day 1. It does get easier! You will be amazed at how much you will be able to run in a couple of months!
That is awesome, and it's great you listened to your body and toned it down to fit what you can do. No sense getting injured, I've learned that!!
