Yes, I had to use a lot of will power to control my eating at my son's B-day party. I am very proud of myself. Just last month I would of easily had two plates full of food and a huge piece of cake and ice cream for dessert.

That's wonderful!!! I was pretty close with my 5lbs guess.... It sounds like your doing great getting back into the swing of diet and exercise. That's great that you have been walking a lot. I myself really need to start working out more. Don't worry about only running once this week. Next week you can make it up.

I can't wait until next sunday when I get to WI. I plan on working out at least three times this week. I just hate exercising so if I give myself a lower target goal I will be able to achieve it.

I am so proud of you girls. We are all doing so Great on WW. Lets keep up the good Work!!!!

You WERE close to that 5 lb. mark you thought I'd hit! WTG!

As for the running, I don't usually do that! I get shin splints easily, so that's NOT a good idea for my body! What happened was that I was really excited and ran from one point to another without even thinking about it because I've gotten past this "block" of not exercising! Kinda like when someone gets "writer's block." I think I had "exercise block" for awhile there! Once I got moving again, that has changed!

Talking I weigh in on SUNDAYS too!!!

Hello-
My name is Tracy. Amanda- aka2006cutie is my sister. HI POOH!

Anyway, she starting posting on the thread I normally post on so I decided to come join her at this post she normally posts on.

My biggest concern right now is that I have dislocated my knee about a week and a half ago. I can't exersice like normal. I am going to start doing this sit and be fit video I have, I want to get and exersice video that I hope will be comfortable to sit on while doing the video.

I am glad to see you all have done so well so far! I can't wait to see the progress continue!

My sister and I are waiting two weeks until we weigh-in again, I know we will both see good progresss.... RIGHT Amanda??

Me running, hehehe---> I must also be suffering from a "workout block". I just don't want to work out but I must. I guess I need a good kick in the but to get in gear...:

Hey girls,

Well today was the big WI and I only lost 1lb.
I was so disappointed but at least I didn't gain any weight. I think that the weight lifting class I am taking and all the extra exercise I have done for the last two weeks my have affected my weight loss.

And when I work out I haven't been allowing myself to eat the extra points that I earn. I think that I should start making sure that I add on the extra points for the day and make sure I use all of my points on the days that I exercise. I hope it will help.

Well I have now been on the WW diet for 4 weeks. So I took my measurements today and I have lost 4 inches off of my belly!! I was really excited about that. I thought my pants were feeling a little less snug. I have actually been able to get into this pair of Old Navy jeans that I bought at a garage sale a few months ago which were one size too small. I bought them anyways because they were only $3. I was just so excited that I was able to button them today.

I hope everyone had a great WI today.

Thumbs up Happy Weigh Day!

Hi everyone!
Today was a good weigh-in for me. That last time I weighed in I had actually gained a 1 1/2lbs. Well, I jumped on the scale this morning and I was 231!!!!!! That means I am down 4 lbs... yeah. So I have lost 11 pounds all together... I have 11 pounds to lose for my Halloween challenge! I know I can do it!

Just think Amanda, When we take Levi Trick or Treating, I am going to be in a hot Halloween costume... ( )

Amanda, I am so proud that you are down another lb! That is great! I am really glad we are both working on this lifestyle change together... We kinda reminded me of those sisters on that show we watched today! I know we can both do this... don't get discouraged by little loses because a loss is a loss! **** YA!!! You lost another lb of fat off your A**.

I hope everyone else had a happy weigh day!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah, too many threads to post to at the moment!! I started a local (Michigan) group to hopefully keep me accountable here (when I can post properly) and to see some of my new friends in person!

Anyway, I'm down another .5 lb., so that puts me at a 5 lb. weight loss since I started two weeks ago!! I am halfway to my Halloween Goal and closer to my ultimate one!

CONGRATS to all of you who have lost this week!! Don't forget to count those inches, the easier way you may have in exercising now that you are becoming more fit, and more! It's not just about the numbers on the scale, especially when we're building that muscle that weighs more than fat!!

Time to sign off and study some more for my sociology exam that is tomorrow night! Nite!

don't worry your not the only one, I gained alb this week only gained twice since June. I really got to me this time since I am so close to my mini goal and I will be a week off on it now. I trying to get back on track but getting sick again - blah.

I pretty sure it was due to all the working out I did last week. Goals now to make sure I eat and get better soon and not to fall off at this point.

Big WI today I lost 1lb.

I am hoping that next week I will have a bigger loss because that's two WI's now where I have only lost 1lb.....

What up Ladies! I wasn't able to post on Sunday, but I had a great weigh-in!

I am now at 229 so I am down 2 lbs!

Pooh- congrats on the loss!

All I have to say is 5.4 lbs! Excellent!

It sounds like everyone is doing well!

I can't post a lot right now, I have to go work on something!

Hey Everyone

Today was WI day....drum roll please......... I lost 3.5lbs

WHhhhoooooooo!!!! I was so excited. I had only lost 2lbs in the previous 3 weeks so I am really excited that I had a great WI today!!! Yesterday I went to a birthday party and had a hard time counting points. So I thought for sure that my WI today would not go well. But I was wrong my WI today went great!!!


Oh yeah my little ticker on my signature says 14 lbs but I have actually only lost 13.5 lbs. The ticker dosen't show half pounds so I just put it at 14lbs.

April: great job on losing 4 lbs last WI

WI this sunday I lost 2.5 lbs!!!!

Whoooo Hooo.... I am now down 16 lbs for my 8 week Weight in. I just love Weight watchers it really does work. I am so happy that my sister convinced me to do it.

Well I hope everyone had a Great WI this week....

I hope more people start weighing in on Sundays and post here on this thread... I feel like I am the only one here

But anyway my WI today went great!!! I lost 5 more lbs this week... so I am now down 21 lbs for my 9 week weigh in. Whooo hoooo

I will Make my New Years goal of 36 lbs!!!

I only have 15 more pounds to lose. I can't wait, when I lose the 36 lbs I am going to go buy myself a new outfit to wear out on new years!!!!
