I do flex. Been doing it from the beginning. I may try core soon just to see what it's like though.

That's how I lost it in the past, I still try to make as many fresh food choices as possible but I feel less restricted this way. Also I'll doing the 18-25pt daily range rather than Flex Points (35per week) otherwise I find I undereat and don't track HOW I use the flex points. Hey, whatever works, right?

I'm on 1-2-3 or Winning Points until I get to a meeting - which must be similar to Flex???? Core is the no white starches one right?

I'm doing flex. How long have you been doing core Diane? I've always been a list maker. So, I actually enjoy writing down what I eat. It gives me satisfaction to write it down and see on paper that I stayed on plan. It's nice that we have a choice. We can do what works for us.

I'm doing Flex using lots of Core foods. One of the reasons I am where I am is portion control. I'm not disciplined enough yet to have "unlimited" reign on what I eat. Granted, I know Core has limits, but my own brain and stomach need to learn limits.
