Default My very first weigh in!
This is bragging, and I'm sorry. I joined WW last week and had my first weigh in tonight. I lost 6 pounds!! this is the littlest i've weighed in over a year and a half!!! (Don't worry, I know this doesn't happen every week, LOL).
I feel bad for bragging, but i'm so excited!! Thanks for all of your help guys!

Congrats! That's wonderful. You're right, it doesn't happen every week. You have most probably reduced your sodium intake by quite a bit and a few of those pounds are probably due to excess water. But that's great. Really. Keep on eating well and hopefully working out? A good fitness routine that combines cardio and strength training makes all the difference. Believe me, I know.

Thanks guys! You're right libby, I have tried to lower my sodium. I still eat one WW frozen dinner a day for lunch because it's convenient. I do a lot more fresh veggies and frutis too:0
