I have done a few posts but wanted to officially introduce myself!
I am a 22 year old mom to a 5 year old named Kayla.
I am going through a divorce with DD's dad and just started
a new relationship not too long ago with an amazing guy.
I *really* never thought I'd be the type who was fitness/health
conscious, my attitude was always "I am so young, I am NOT
starting that now, I'll have to do it for the rest of my life!"
I was 115 up until I got pregnant at 16. I left the hospita
weighing about 145. I balooned up to about 160 after
taking the Depo shot, and was able to go down to
130 without doing anything. Once this divorce started,
I started eating like a maniac, and it hit me one day
when I could barely sit in my jeans. I started my new
lifestyle on August 6th. I would LOVE to be down to 130
by Christmas, I know its probably a very high goal to be
setting for myself, but I'm ready for the challenge!
