I have been on WW before too. I have started the plan again. This time instead of the little "checkbook" type things they give you is using a big spiral notebook. It's much more obvious that it's sitting on the table waiting for me to fill out

KWIM? I also don't add in extra points (at least right now) for exercise, and I'm trying not to use any flex points at all either.
Last time I was on WW I lost about 40 lbs. and kept off about half of it. The plan works. Nothing else has ever worked for me. But I know what you mean when you say it's hard to track points, but it keeps me honest
