Wink another newbie looking for strength!

Hi my name is Tammy and I am a new one here and am looking for support and encouragement!
I started W.W. 3 years ago lost close to 60lbs then got ill and gained it all back plus some I am back again and really want to succeed!
I am working on this 1st week and finding that it is hard for me to track this time and journal any suggestions?
I am not happy where I am at in my weight and need to make a difference! I am looking forward to input and learning new things to make my journey go smoother! Looking forward to meeting new friends too!

WW works! It really does! I haven't moved down the scale lately, but that's my own doing!

3FC is a terrific site and I'm sure you'll like all the information and support here. I've not attended WW, just followed the plan and come here for support - it's great! I encourage you to check out the 300+ group too! It's under support groups if you check out the forum menu. Lots of losers there! And

Hey!

I have been on WW before too. I have started the plan again. This time instead of the little "checkbook" type things they give you is using a big spiral notebook. It's much more obvious that it's sitting on the table waiting for me to fill out KWIM? I also don't add in extra points (at least right now) for exercise, and I'm trying not to use any flex points at all either.

Last time I was on WW I lost about 40 lbs. and kept off about half of it. The plan works. Nothing else has ever worked for me. But I know what you mean when you say it's hard to track points, but it keeps me honest
