Getting back on track.

  • I've been trying different things the last couple of weeks like calorie counting. But I realize nothing works better than ww's so I'm back on track. I just wanted to check in.
  • I am with you! I have had a really bad week so today I am starting ww and not feeling guilty about the past few days.

  • I have been off track also for the past couple of weeks. I am trying to get back on track also.
  • I have been off track for the last two weeks also. I am getting back on track as of today with no excuses. I felt so good when I was doing good but now I am feeling BLAHHHHHHHH.

    I am going to go down and get on my elliptical in a few minutes and getting my day going.

  • Well I went back I gained 3.6 lbs. Hubby lost 2 oh well I'm back on track now. I always talk myself out of sticking to it. But not this time.
