Default Getting back on track.

I've been trying different things the last couple of weeks like calorie counting. But I realize nothing works better than ww's so I'm back on track. I just wanted to check in.

I have been off track for the last two weeks also. I am getting back on track as of today with no excuses. I felt so good when I was doing good but now I am feeling BLAHHHHHHHH.

I am going to go down and get on my elliptical in a few minutes and getting my day going.

Hope everyone else has a good....no great on plan day.

Well I went back I gained 3.6 lbs. Hubby lost 2 oh well I'm back on track now. I always talk myself out of sticking to it. But not this time.
