What's up today?

    Hi ladies and gents,

    What's everyone up to today? Any plans of any sort? I have a full day lined up for me. I have company coming today and it's my son's 15th birthday. He's still a mamma's boy . He is really excited today. He loves birthdays and celebrations. Eating wise we are having pizza, garlic fingers, salads, and ice cream cake. I am going to enjoy myself today and not worry.

    It's a rainy cool day here in my neck of the woods. Hopefully it will get better as the day goes on.

    happy bday to ds heres a tip for the pizza....blot the heck outta it bf you eat it. itll taste better and lowers fat content. have fun! im gearin up for my restart on sat. ive had comp for 2 weeks and have gained big time. my health is at stake so i must get serious 1x and for all.

    i have a drs appt at 2, then goin out for lunch and hittin hot tub after diinner. not much else.
