  • Good morning - sunshine here today I weigh myself at home every morning & I'm actually a half pound LESS than yesterday with all the extra eating from yesterday's block party - I don't quite trust that number will remain.

  • I had a disappointing workout today. I expected to go to a kickboxing class, but it turned into a body shaping class and not that great of one either and I earned hardly any activity points at all. Oh well, tomorrow should be a better exercise day. I am doing some weight training and then a step/toning class with my favorite instructor. Definitely more activity points tomorrow. At least I ate low in points today.

  • I was away most of the day Saturday, and just in a weird mood on Sunday and didn't get to the site til the evening. (Also had a lot of Word Whomp to play).

    but, did see some pretty untouristy parts of the coast with lots of funky lobster fishing towns. So, this is my speciality this year, fishing towns.
