Default I need a swift kick in the a**!!!!!

Help! I was doing awesome for eleven weeks! I had lost a total of 22 pounds and was feeling great! I had the mindset that this was finally for me and I was going to hit my goal! The last two weeks I have had such a hard time motivating myself. Things have been tough financially and I am sure that may have a liitle to do with things. I had to cancel my YMCA membership, but I know there is plenty I could be doing outside! I have been following WW at home and like I said it was working wonders! Please help me to motivate myself! I know if I can't do this for myself, my two young children should be motivation enough! Please help!

I´ve had a few moments of those, but you know, YOU CAN DO IT !! Don´t give up !!

People used to tell me all the time that when you lose weight you have to do it for yourself, and no one else, and it took me a while to understand that and realize that the motivation I needed was right there in front of me...

I believe that all of us during our weight loss journey felt some sort of frustration, usually when I hit these moments, I try hard to remember how I feel when I see the scale going down, when I can wear a size smaller, when I can run 5 miles, or even the smallest things such as play with my kid sister without loosing my breath or worrying about my back, I remember that I´m a much happier person when I´m walking towards my goal... now every time I feel like giving up, I stop and think, I try to take a walk, breath for a while, until I come to peace with whatever is bothering me ...

And if by any chance I end up side tracking, I learned to forgive myself, to let the past behind where it belongs, all of us are humans and making mistakes are just as important as making rights, as long as we learn from them, and as long as we move on...

You can do it !!

Default It could've been me posting that.

My situation almost mirrors yours. I had started off really good, 22 pounds in about two months. Then I kinda quit trying so hard but I was still going to the Y. But now I have lost my membership too. I haven't gained yet but if I don't get that kick in the a** you talked about it will all come back on. Ill help you if you help me.
