    Sorry!! I don't have a recipe!! But I just throw the spices in the pot with the chicken and some onions until it smells right to me LOL... Then I add tomato paste, tomatoes, plain yogurt and sometimes broccoli (instead of the traditional potatoes) and let it simmer for about an hour

    Cinnamon does have some very benefiial affects on serum glucose and lipids.

    "1, 3, or 6 g of cinnamon per day reduces serum glucose, triglyceride, LDL cholesterol, and total cholesterol in people with type 2 diabetes and suggest that the inclusion of cinnamon in the diet of people with type 2 diabetes will reduce risk factors associated with diabetes and cardiovascular diseases."

    I snagged this from a article put out by the American Diabetes Association.

    So, if it doesn't boost your metabolism, it will still help with cholesterol. Not too shabby, considering how small an amount you need to take.
