and 2 625 caps apple cider vinegar 2-3 x day(while im waiting for them i am using 1/4 tsp plain vinegar)
  • did you read somewhere that thoes things will have an effect on your metabolism?
  • yep. the cinnamon and cayenne are natural thermogenics as is mustard, paprika and ginger. im havin a rough time and not lookin for a quick fix, just more of a jumpstart so i thought id try it
  • All I know is that I made a kickass batch of curry the other week that was HOT HOT HOT (had cayenne, cinnamon, curry, paprika, and ginger in it hehe) and the next morning I was down 3lbs!
  • So how do you "take" them?
  • well ive got capsules cxoming the vinegar is 625 and the cayenne is 450 which i have. i just took my 2nd pill.
  • Why not just add them to your food?

  • I drink the Braggs Apple Cider vinegar 1 tsp in a glass of water 3 x a day it has all sorts of health benefits but you gotta drink the kind with the "Mother"
Organic, Raw, Unfiltered, with the 'Mother' drinking the plain white vinegar is not good for you and don't have many benefits and you have to drink it the pills don't work well xoxo Red
