I would count it the next day. I snack in the evening as well. WW doesn't promote the concept of not eating after a certain time, they feel that a point is a point no matter when it's eaten.
I do my points a bit different. My day runs 5 pm to 5 pm. So my week starts Tuesday night. I track my meals in this order... Dinner, Snack, Breakfast, lunch.
I am a evening snacker and I feel most satisfied when I have a larger dinner. So I use as many points as I need to feel
satisfied in the evening and divide the remainder between breakfast and lunch the next day. I get a new set of points at 5 pm. I get a bit hungry and want to snack at 4 pm, but I just say to myself in an hour I can get my points and in two hours I will be eating a great dinner
