Red face Journal - Monday, August 13, 2001

Wow, back from vacation & a three day weekend of boating/camping on the river - overdid it on the food front & my weight is up - back to the grind....

B:
Decaf coffee (0/0)
Baker's breakfast cookie (4/4)

Snack:
FF yogurt w/cereal (3/7)

L:
Turkey on 2 slices LF bread (2/9)
Carrots (0/9)
Grapes/nectarine (1/10)

D:
Corn on the cob (4/14)
Baked french fries (4/18)
Small piece of steak (4/22)

Snack:
Sherbet (4/26)

Water:
96 oz plus

Exercise:
3 mile walk tonight

Point Range: 18-25

Sounds like heaven Katie... and I bet you burned up a lot on the river. What a great way to spend time.

I definitely overdid it at dinner last night. a combination of stress and really tasty Chinese food.

Between work, dropping my motherinlaw and stepson off at the airport, et al... I may not be able to weigh in today - but will definitely do it by tomorrow.

soy nuts 3

lunch:
beans/rice/salsa/mozz cheese 4
donut hole (why?) 1

snack:
eas advantage bar 3
soy nuts (these are not a good addition to my life) 2
dinner: dragged out to dinner to a fish and chippery (the nerve)
salad -eaten at home before 1
alder smoked salmon 3
rice pilaf 3
coleslaw (drained of all dressing) 2
bite of cornbread 1
four of dp cheeps 1
snack:
skinny cow 2

exercise: si, si (gym- cardio and weights for arms and legs), dog putter, watering w/ bucket

vitamin: si,si
water: getting to it right now - done!

gosh no. They were mentioned at the meeting. They are good, I bought two bags (unsalted and bbq) figuring I could mix them. Its getting the portion control down that seems to be my problem today.

sigh.
