soy nuts (these are not a good addition to my life) 2
dinner: dragged out to dinner to a fish and chippery (the nerve)
salad -eaten at home before 1
alder smoked salmon 3
rice pilaf 3
coleslaw (drained of all dressing) 2
bite of cornbread 1
four of dp cheeps 1
snack:
skinny cow 2
exercise: si, si (gym- cardio and weights for arms and legs), dog putter, watering w/ bucket
vitamin: si,si
water: getting to it right now - done!
