Have you chosen the higher protein WW plan?
If you find that you function better by keeping your carbs lower and your protein higher while following the WW Winning Points plan, please join us at the WW/Lower Carb forum. It's listed just under the Low Carb forum on the main menu. We'd love more input on how to tweak the WW plan in a healthy way. Keep in mind we're LOWER not LOW carb which basically means that we're trying to avoid refined sugars and starches, eat more low carb veggies and eat slightly more protein than the average WWer following the guidelines set out in Week 6.
