    Hey there Melissa, Katie, Seasaw and all you guys.

    I'm geared to get back on track now that the sun / fun filled "family vacation" is through. Can you believe we're into Week 11??? So along with your 2nd 10% we'll be going into our 2nd "12 Week Challenge". Great stuff!
  • Just wondering how y'all are doing over this long haul. The past two weeks have been a bit dicey. I may not weigh in until next week (Sept. 10th). After having a major foodie fest two weeks ago, I find I'm really craving fattening, sauce laden, cream filled treats. Help!
  • Patch: I can totally relate! If I eat a bunch of things that are fried, cheesy, etc. I tend to crave them for a bit. Once I get back on track I'm okay. It's the getting back on track that is sometimes hard.

    I've been bouncing around a little but I just came off of my TOM so I'm hoping to post some sort of a loss. I have been doing more walking so hopefully the scale will be kind to me at noon. I've been averaging around 22 points a week. I'll post my weight after my meeting.
  • Thanks Melissa, I know you're right about getting back on track. I made some WW style veggie soup last night and brought 1/2 of it into work today. I figure I'll have it during that 3-4 pm munchies time throughout the week - to help keep me sane.

    Now let's get to important matters...Wow! Look how great you've been doing point-wise... the scale will catch up for sure. Averaging 22 points per week is awesome.
