In a lot of ways, my husband. He has always loved me unconditionally. In a classic moment a while back I apologized for being so fat and out of shape. His reply was, "Dear, I knew what your mom looked liked when I married you." He then went on to explain that my weight has never been a factor in loving me or being attracted to me. The only thing he worries about is when I can't keep up (hiking and biking etc...) He wants me to stay in shape so I can live a long life.

He currently is upstairs with the kids (3 and 1.5 and crying), trying to get ready for bed. He cleaned up the kitchen and is in the process of getting them bathed, brushed, and read to while, "mommy types in her food". He knows that support for dieting really helps me out, and doesn't begrudge me time to do it, even though I know he would rather have me upstairs hanging out and helping out.

Today I am proud that after gaining .2 pounds for the first gain since starting ww (march.7) that this week I lost a pound. I didn't give up even though I gained. Oh, and since drinking 2 glasses of milk a day, my nails are whiter!

I'm most proud of the fact I haven't given up. It's been 3 months since I started down my weight loss journey and I haven't given up. And I'm not going to give up. I've gained a few times and each time the thought crossed my mind that I should just give up and eat whatever I wanted. And to be honest I have a time or two. BUT I've always gotten back on program the next day. I've got a great support system in my friends and family and with their encouragement and the support and encouragement I get from the people on this site, I know without a shadow of a doubt that I'll meet my goal.

I have to go with Morrigan -- isn't is just amazing when we have that support! My dh keeps telling me how much he loves me and he knows I am doing this for myself and no one else. He reminds me all the time he loves me for me, no matter what! He is also a good cheerleader when I am feeling down & want stuff on my no-no list.

It is too bad everyone who says they love you (family, MIL) isn't as supporting - but that is their problem (so I keep telling myself to make myself feel better)

If that doesn't count, I choose MYSELF for staying with it and loosing what I have so far
