I have a few books that I use (Rachel Ray -- Easy Dining -- other no name ones) and I tweak to be WW friendly:

butter=margarine
whole mile=ff milk
sour cream=rf or ff sour cream

etc...just made a recipe for beef stroganoff like this and it was just as yummy!

I love Pampered Chef and they have a cookbook called It's Good for you. Everything is low fat and low cals. They give all of the nutrition info so it is easy for me to figure it out. I made a Teriyaki pork stir fry and it was GREAT!

I collect all the Cooking light books. In addtion, I like Eating Well and Chef's Cuisine for recipes. I have the Good Carb Cookbook. So far everything I've tried in this book has been delish!

I read cookbooks like novels, so many of mine are not "weight watchers" friendly, but I modify.

susie - I was given Eat Shrink and Be Merry for Christmas. I'm actually from the same city as the authors - their books are great!

I bought the last 2 issues of Eating Well magazine. I really enjoyed them as they have a few articles but they contained mostly recipes and they show the nutritional value so it is easy to convert to points.

I will have to check that out! I think I saw that at Chapters but it was $39.95 and I wasn't willing to spend that much.

I found Weight Watcher's New Complete Cookbook at Costco recently. It's a GREAT book. We've made 1pt currant scones, 1pt chocolate-espresso-almond biscotti, and several of the dinners. They have all been fabulous so far!

I also like Weight Watcher's Simply The Best. It's an older book and it includes point values for "Winning Points". The Bella Braised Chicken is super easy and good and the tuna patties are great!
