how to calculate points manually? Without using a slider or a calculator... I know it's probably copyrighted material so we can't post it here but if you can tell me where to find it that's all I need. I'm trying to find it on the WW website but am having a hard time finding exactly what I'm looking for...It's not a big deal I'd just like to know the mathematical breakdown of it.
