Yes, I have a copy. It is not really a diet book. More of a discussion on how to change your mind set/attitude about food and the enjoyment of it and to stop the vicous cycle of restrictive diets and then regaining. She makes a lot of good points and her philosophy on exercise is interesting to.
She provides a lot of tips and tricks that French Women supposedly use as well as providing some slimming recipes - that sound really good. Basically you have to make mindset and lifestyle changes rather than go on a "diet".
She doesn't do gyms either (a woman after my own heart
). But instead she walks to her office, takes the stairs etc. I used to live by a farmer's market in the city where I did all my shopping, walked to work and was on my feet all day and I was at 140lbs for about 7 or 8 years - then I got a desk job, had to take the bus, developed bad eating habits and gained 30 lbs in 2 years
Her main point is to eat well, eat fresh food, treat yourself well and don't deprive yourself - enjoy life!
If you are interested then I would recommend picking up the book at Costcos/Sam's Club or getting it out of the library before you decide to buy it.
