Wendie Plan Question
Hi Guys, I've just started WW and have been doing the Wendie Plan. Yesterday I did really well until about seven o'clock when I realized I was suppose to be a dinner party ( I forgot completely and had already eaten). So anyway I went to the party and rather than be good I ate a bit of this a bit of that. I'm not sure how to even begin to reconstruct the points.
So here is my question Yesterday I was suppose to have 25 points, today 39and then back to 24 tomorrow. Should I just switch the 25 point day for the 39 points to get back on track or do I need to do something different so that I don't mess up the amount of variety in points I'm having for the rest of te week? Thanks for the help! |
I would. Wendi's plan came before the plan of FlexPoints and that is all she really does utilize the FPs to give you days for 'average' 'low' and 'high'
Do your best to reconstruct your day so you can be close in what you ate for points. |
