Goal?
I think it depends on how much you have to loose. If you have a lot then you should not focus on the ultimate goal but on 10% at a time. those are good goals to meet along the way. If you do not have a lot to loose and 10% will get you close than after the you reach your 10 you may want to set your goal.
Rember this though the WW hight weight chart is not the end all be all. you may need to be at the light end, you may never reach the top end. you need to see how you feel and where you want to be. So since you are just starting take the time along the way to see where you want to be.
