  • Thanks Myra... and

Wow yourself! Myra look at what you've done! 5 pounds in just a month. And probably more when you weigh-in this Wed. You are my inspiration. Thanks for being there.

PS - I like the way you've entered the info. Short and sweet.- Patch -
  • Thanks It just feels so good to finally being doing well on WW after struggling the past few years. If you knew me then I would have hardly motivated you, except maybe for the exercise. I was doing that back then as well. I actually find it easy to exercise. It is the portion control that is my downfall. I hope I can continue to conquer that and someday get back to goal. I am still a very long way off.
  • Patch and Myra - you're both doing very well. I won't post my summary today because I'm a bit about how badly I've been eating and I don't think I can bear to enter those dismal numbers again. (I did manage to put them on the challenge thread tho).

I'm hoping that by keeping company with success, it will somehow rub off on me!
  • It does Seesaw. And remember, each one of us does it for each other. Just having the courage to face it, and move on is huge. Don't forget to give yourself credit for that. Patch
  • Sorry!
I didn't do as well as I would have liked to have done last week. In fact I failed to keep my journel most days even though I started out strong each morning. I WILL do so this week and continue on through the end of the challenge! I'm very inspired by the fine job all of you have done and I hope I'm able to do as well

    Your WW pal,
    Nancy
  • Nancy -

Very soon you'll be inspiring us. Posting on the daily thread (and then in the journal) really anchors me. It also focuses me, 'cause left to my own devices I don't want to plan ahead and then I stumble.

Just do today...and remember whatever you can from yesterday. You'll see on the threads, many of us on particular days are clueless about the points - so we hazard a guess. Better than not guessing at all.
