Avs-- congrats on meeting your easter goal.
I'm gonna take some of your good vibes and use it this week. I had a bad week and actually gained. Not too much just 1.6lbs but still it's 1.6lbs I didn't want to gain.
Oh well...I know it's my fault and even though I want to blame it on TOM I can only use that a little. I didn't do what I needed to do last week. HOWEVER...i'm determined to do it this week. My goal for the week is...
1) journal...journal...and journal some more... I slacked o n that this week and it shows....i journaled some here online but I need to do it on paper too.
2) exercise at least 210 minutes this week. That breaks down to 30 minutes each day IF i'm able to do it. But this way I won't feel bad on the two days I know I won't be able to exercise.
3) water...water...and more water...I usually do good on this one but for some reason the last two days I didn't do as well as I should have. My goal is to have at least 100 oz of water a day.
