I'm SO in!! I didn't do as well as I wanted in my St. Patty's goal but I'm still in the game and know I'll do better for Easter. I'm putting my goal at 10lbs. That gives me about 2.5lbs (give or take an ounce) per week. I think that's doable.
If it's possible to fall off the wagon while still being within your points then I did it the last few weeks. I was staying within my points however I wasn't eating the best foods and i wasn't following the 8 rules or really exercising.

HOWEVER, this week has been my 'get back on the wagon' week. I've been following the program better and I'm exercising a bit each day.
I'm determined to win this war even if I lose a few battles along the way. The most important thing to me is that I don't give up. If I fall down then I just get back up. That's the mindset I need to have. ( I feel like I need a hoo-rawh in there.
