hey guys! i'm sarah, a 22 year old teacher assistant in los angeles. i'm doing the WW flex plan, and so far i'm down 16 pounds. with about 102 more to go. but i'm excited, and it's working for me! i'm so looking forward to having more energy and being healthier.

This isn't the busiest group I've been in ... but very nice folks! It's real nice to be able to chat, brag and vent with folks in the same boat as you! When you have this much to lose...people who need to lose 20 just don't "get it".

Glad to hear you are excited about WW. My husband and I have been working the plan for a year now. He's lost over 50 and it getting pretty close to his goal. We are "lurkers" to WW, who don't actually "belong" or go to meetings. We are using materials I got a while back and buying new books, etc., as needed, while supporting each other. Some folks can't live without the meetings, but I get the support I need on-line.
