Default how much do meetings cost?

Hi. I was wondering how much WW meetings cost. I've done it online before and liked it, but I really want to go to meetings. I looked online but couldnt find a price. Do I pay for each meeting or a package? What's the registration fee? Thanks, Shawna

I believe registration is free right now up until like March 11th or something like that .... (at least in my area So Cal) and the meetings here at 11.00 per meeting .... I know they have it where you can prepay for like 10 meetings but not sure of the cose of this.

Hope that helps.

Angie

Being that you are in Washington, DC the free registration would probably apply. In my rural area it does not as we are part of a smaller WW franchise. We don't get any of teh great deals.

For us the registration fee is $35 (which includes the cost of the meeting) and meetings are $12 a week, or you can buy what they call super savers in blocks of 6 or 11 weeks. You save only a couple dollars over paying weekly. I bought the semi annual membership which cost $249 up for January-June front but works out to be just over $9 a meeting. I don't think these are available anymore but may be something to consider when they renew.

Also, if you miss a meeting you still have to pay for it. In our area if you miss 1 meeting it's cheaper to pay a total of $24 ($12 for the missed and $12 for the current meetings) at your next meeting, but if you miss 2 meetings in a row it's less expensive to pay the registration fee.

I didn't like WW online, it was ok but not great in my book, I enjoy the meetings and the support so for me it is well worth the money.

If you go to weightwatchers.com, you can plug in your zip code, and it will tell you how much the meetings and registration is. Like Misty, I enjoy the meetings.
