Default New to WW and have questions!

Hello fellow ww friends. I am new to WW but was on SB diet for about 5 months. I lost 30 (+/-) lbs and have been on ww for 2 1/2 weeks and lost 5.2 so far. I have strayed this weekend for 2 meals and am very very worried about my weighin on Wed. Anyone with any WW experience or have any past experience to share about how quick you can gain? I plan to start back strict in the a.m. and hope to at least maintain this week. I had company in for the weekend and went out to eat every meal. I am freaking out! Help~

Don't worry. You will be just fine. I don't know about everyone else but I have had the same type of feeling that you are having. You will proably not see a gain from this. You are just givng you system a shock. It needs this to make it realize what it is supposed to do, loss weight. That was really hard for me to do. I would fight with myself about the FP's that I would get and then fel guilty that I even had them. Now that I am a little further into the program I see that I really need to eat a little naughty everyweek. It got me past my funk and I am looking forward to a good weight in on Wednesday.

I hope this made some sense to you. I sometimes can get a little carried away with things.

Everyone has those little splurges now and then. You cant deny yourself all the time and especially on special ocasions (like having guests over). The great part is that you started fresh the next morning and didnt let the past day drag you down. Keep up the good work and you will see results!

I'd go crazy if I kicked myself for every little slip up. I'm not going to eat 100% healthy 100% of the time for the rest of my life, so why do it now? It's unrealistic to expect that from yourself. Don't worry about the small splurging, I'm sure you'll be just fine!
