Default WW & Diabetics ?

I have been a type 2 diabetic for a number of years.

I want to get this weight off and have been on WW's for a while (doing flex). I am stuck at about 10 lost.

Any suggestions from anyone "been there, done that"??

I have stalled ...my "time of month" really throws me for a loop.

I'm starting to get discouraged ...

help, anyone?

Are you eating a consistent number of points every day, or are you varying it and using your flex points? I know I get stuck when -- and this sounds odd -- I eat *too* healthily. Make sure there's a high-point day or two amongst your week. It won't hurt you to splurge a little. It'll get your body confused enough to lose its grip on that fat! Try that and see what happens....

i'm rather new at this but i would try exercising more or exercising differently. get a different exercise dvd and try that out or try a couch to 5km run in 6 weeks. something like that.

good luck.
