Default February Weigh In's

We had a lot of successes in January. Now let's keep it going. I'll be back on Sunday to post my first weight loss of February!!

I had my first weigh in today. I was the biggest loser in my WW@Work group with a total loss of 6.6 pounds. I am so excited. I feel like I can really do this now!

I only lost .4 this week. It's a little disappointing but I knew that it was going to be a little harder on this weight loss journey. That just means it is going to take me longer 'cause I refuse to give up!

I'm so sorry! I came in here as soon as I saw the forum was back up and all I did was have a small pity party for myself when I should have been congratulating people!!!!

Congratulations on your weight losses this week DNR, saskbabe and Melodious!!!

Creations - I'm sorry that you stayed the same, but a maintain is better than a gain. I'm sure you will do great in February!!!

I started back on ww on Jan 9th,,,I weighed two weeks after and had lost 10 pounds and then today and was down 5 more,,,I am more than happy,,,wish I could put one of those ticker things in my posts but have given up ,,,just can't seem to get it to work for me,,,

Good job Jeanne! As far as the ticker things go - I haven't tried today, but I wasn't able to get mine from 3FC to work yesterday. I finally broke down and got one at the tickerfactory.

Well CRUD! I don't know why or how, but I'm back up to 250.6, exactly where I was two weeks ago! I HATE this! I was soooo happy to be under 250! I really don't get it. I've eaten about 2 flex points a day...otherwise right on track. I've drank my water. I've even gotten in a little bit of exercise...not much, but over the last 78 lbs I usually didn't exercise at ALL. This just stinks!

Lilion,,,don't feel bad,,it happens,,,I hate it also ,,but it has happened to me before and I KNOW how you feel,,,sometimes our bodies are just not responding like they should,,but remember how many people are here for you and just keep going,,it will come off ,,,

Congrats to everyone who posted a loss or didn't at least we keep coming back here and I for one can't tell you how much that means to me to have a place to come where someone understands me,,,thanks !!!

This was my second WW weigh-in and I was crowned the biggest loser in my group again with a loss of 5.8 pounds. I am excited and motivated to continue.

Well today's WI showed 248.2. Not so bad, except that, knowing the increase last week was water weight, I upped my water intake and ended up Thurs. at 247.6. So I actually gained .6 lbs. or something like that! I hate plateaus.
