Well, I finally got to my first meeting. I had to wait for payday. The leaders are really nice. It was me and 5 other people new tonight. I will be doing the flex points. It just seems easier to me. I also like to know what my limits are. I was not expecting the weight part, though. 359... Scary for me. I knew I had put on more weight but I was not expecting that. I am really going to try though. So I have 34 points a day. That will be the hard part. I don't eat alot..it's waht I eat when I do..I never exercise. I actually bought the Crunch DVD and I literally did like two minutes and was dieing. This is going to be hard. But, It needs to be done. Thank you all for such kind words and the support I really need to stay on track.

For my height and age, I should be between 120 and 144 so I set my long term goal at 144.
