  • LM - I hope it's ok I started this thread, I'm nervous about a bridal shower I'm going to today and wanted to get my head OP.

    Midday (4)
    Whoa! All those prayers worked!
    Veggies - 0
    Fruit - 1
    smoked turkey slice - 2
    1/2 tsp bite of custard dessert - 1/3
    Lemonade diluted with soda water - 2/3


    dinner - ( 22 1/2 ) used banked points saved from week
    1 drink - 2 1 glass wine - 2
    Appetizers: potatoe blintz - 3 Egg Plant - 1 1 pc fried calamari - 2
    Yogurt dip - 1
    split Duck entree w/ DH - 2
    Pomegranatte sauce - 5
    Rice - 2
    1/2 oz grilled fish - 1/2
    skinny cow ice cream - 2

    total: 33 1/2 points (33 1/2 - 9 banked points = 24.5)

    water - 16 oz
    exercise - walked med level activity for 1/2 hr. = 1 pt

    I weigh in tomorrow, and am really hoping for a loss.

  • LM, Myra, Lala, Chee, Katie, REC - I can't tell you how much logging on and seeing your words of encouragement both today and this past week meant to me.

    I got through the week averaging a 24.3 per day even without using the banked points!
